Summer Camp · 2026A 12-week hybrid training season at Edmonton's home of hybrid training. 24 classes, a custom coach-built plan, the Camp Portal, three Combine testing days, and a Graduation test to finish it.
Most of the year you string together drop-ins, random workouts, and a vague goal. Summer Camp swaps that for a single structured arc: 12 weeks, a clear baseline, a coach-built schedule built around our classes and Run Camps, three testing days, and a graduation at the end.
You train at Impact House — the home of hybrid training in Edmonton, and an officially HYROX-affiliated gym — in our Hybrid, Hybrid Upper, Hybrid Lower, and HYROX classes, with Impact Run Camps for your weekly runs (and clean solo alternatives when you can't make a session). Everything is tracked in the Camp Portal so you can see the season unfold.
You finish with a Combine score, a benchmark workout time, and a graduation ceremony with the people who trained beside you all summer.

A coach-built program built around your fitness goals — and aligned with our classes (Hybrid, Hybrid Upper/Lower, HYROX) plus Impact Run Camps. Solo runs and open-gym options when you can't make a session.
Your weekly schedule, in-studio class targets, Combine numbers, and Run Camp sessions — all in one tracker built for the cohort. Web and mobile.
Standardized testing in week 1, week 6, and week 12 (Graduation Day). Six tests. Real numbers, tracked in your portal — beginning, middle, end.
Group chat with the whole camp, shared check-ins, coaches in the thread. You're training with a team — not buying access to a building.
End-of-summer Graduation Day at the gym: a final Combine, a benchmark workout, and a ceremony. You finish what you start. We mark it.

Your plan adjusts off these numbers. Three test days — beginning, middle, end — so your summer becomes a clear, measurable arc instead of a guess.
After your intake and baseline Combine, coaches build a 12-week schedule around your goals and Combine numbers. The schedule maps the right mix of our Impact House classes (Hybrid, Hybrid Upper, Hybrid Lower, HYROX) and Impact Run Camp sessions onto your week.
When you can't make a class or Run Camp, the portal gives you a clean solo alternative — same focus, your equipment. The schedule re-adjusts after each Combine Day so you're chasing the right number at the right time.
Take the intake (free). We build your plan and open your Camp Portal — your Camp Card, your Wk 1 calendar, and your projected Combine baselines. The full 12-week plan, class bookings, coach chat and Combine history unlock when you reserve your seat at Combine Day 1.
Week 12 closes with Graduation Day at Impact House. The whole cohort, on the floor, one last time — running the final Combine and a benchmark hybrid workout designed for the end of camp.
You leave with a final score, a 12-week record of progress, and your name on the cohort finishers list. It's the marker that says you didn't just sign up — you finished.
